Wall Claddings and
Roof Sheets
Powder coated sheets are a popular choice for wall cladding in PEB structures due to their durability, corrosion resistance, and low-maintenance. They provide an aesthetically pleasing finish. The interior face is pre-painted with 0.5 mm thick factory-applied polyester paint. Each panel offers one-meter coverage and can be supplied in lengths up to 12 meters.
Velar’s HI-RIB Roof and Wall Cladding System is available in the following base material in standard execution.
Base Material:
- Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel (345/550) as per AS-1397 standard.
- Zinc-Aluminum alloy coating mass (AZ 150 gsm/mBI) on both sides.
- Yield strength of 550/345 MPa conforming to AS-1397.
Roof Sheeting:
- 0.47 mm thick HI-RIB Bare Galvalume
Wall Cladding:
- 0.50 mm thick HI-RIB Color-coated Galvalume

Canopies
Typically supported by columns and extending from the main building, canopies are roof structures often used at building entrances to provide shelter from rain and sunlight. Velar’s pre-engineered canopies are made of steel and are easy to assemble and install. Common applications include canopies for entrances, walkways, and carports.

Roof Monitors
Roof monitors provide natural light and ventilation, allowing hot air to escape from the building and creating a comfortable indoor environment. They help reduce energy costs by minimising the need for air conditioning and maximising the flow of natural light.
