Turbo Ventilators
Turbo ventilator fans offer natural ventilation. Wind-driven and equipped with rotating blades, they create a negative pressure inside the building, drawing out hot, stale air, and replacing it with fresh, cool air. Energy-efficient, low-maintenance, and durable; they are a reliable choice for improved indoor air-quality.

Ridge Ventilators
Ridge ventilator is a component installed at the peak of the roof to ensure proper air circulation. It is primarily used to expel hot air or fumes, making it essential in industrial or warehouse settings. Ridge ventilators help optimise energy usage and lower operational costs. They are available in two categories: inlet equipment and outlet equipment.

Transparent Sheets
Polycarbonate sheets are the most common transparent material used in PEB structures. Known for their durability, high light transmission, resistance to impact, weather and chemicals, they are lightweight and relatively easy to install. They are used in skylights, sidelights & curtain walls, and interior partitions, where natural light is desired.

Louvers
Louvers are walls or roof openings designed to allow air flow while blocking out rain, snow, and other elements. Often used in PEB structures, they enhance natural ventilation and minimise heat buildup. We offer two types of louvers: fixed and adjustable.
Fixed louvers
- Set at a fixed angle to provide consistent airflow
- Perfect for light industrial and warehouse buildings
- Easy to install and maintain
Adjustable louvers
- Can be adjusted to control airflow
- Offer greater flexibility
- Commonly used in commercial and institutional buildings to maintain a comfortable indoor environment

Insulation Sheets
An insulation sheet is a protective layer designed to regulate temperature, reduce heat transfer, and enhance energy efficiency. It provides thermal resistance, minimising heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer. They also offer soundproofing benefits, ensuring improved comfort and energy savings in industrial, commercial, and residential spaces.

Self Tapping Screws
A self-tapping screw requires an initial pilot hole before installation and is designed to swiftly cut its own threads while being fastened. When pre-drilling holes, careful consideration is essential, as slight variations may lead to cracks and accumulation of dirt and dust, which can hamper the life of the joint. Known for their strong grip and secure fastening, these screws are widely used to create reliable and durable connections.

Corner Flashes
Corner flash is a protective covering installed at the junction of two walls or where the roof meets the wall. It prevents water infiltration, enhances structural durability, and provides a clean and finished look. Corner flashings play a vital role in ensuring weather resistance while improving the building’s overall aesthetics.

End Eave Gutters
End eave gutters are designed to collect rainwater and direct it away from the building’s foundation, protecting it from corrosion and water damage. Typically made of galvanised steel, they are available in a variety of colours and sizes. They are attached to the fascia board of the roof using gutter hangers spaced 24 inches apart. They are slightly sloped to allow water drainage.

Curved Corners
A curved corner is a specialised element designed to create smooth, rounded transitions at building edges. It enhances aesthetics and functionality by improving water runoff, reducing sharp angles, and adding a sleek, modern finish to the structure.

Rolling Shutters
Rolling shutters are secure, durable and versatile doors that open and close by rolling up and down. Commonly installed on the exterior walls and openings, they can be operated manually or electrically, and integrated with security systems for added protection.

Downspout Pipes
Downspout pipes are strong, durable, resistant to corrosion, ideal for harsh environments. They are typically installed on the exterior of the buildings, they can also be fitted inside if required. Galvanised steel is the most common material used for downspout pipes in PEB structures due to its cost-effectiveness and ease of installation. Regular inspection and cleaning are essential to ensure proper functioning, as clogged pipes can cause damage to the roof and building exterior.
